More than 40 years passed until this dye-transfer was made from the original transparency (1941) by the Light Gallery, New York. This proves the unbelievable modernity: the elevated standpoint, the banality of an everyday scene, which simultaneously reveals the view of the melting snow and its abstract patterns.
