Photogram, 1:1 image by placing the object on photographic paper. Here the long time exposure of a conventional black and white photo paper, whereby, depending on the type of paper and lighting, brownish, reddish and violet shades are produced. The sheet is not developed after the exposure but only fixed.

A further effect occurs especially with fruit and vegetables cut in half, as here for example with an apple, due to the escape of liquid, clearly visible at the edge of the apple.
