"Into the Light"
Fuschlsee
UV-print on Dibond on Diasec
signed, titled, dated and numbered (ink) on verso
This new created series is in a special format – oval, and in two different sizes of landscape or portrait format. This allows Huber to concentrate his wide variety of light-images, to provide them with a centre. The titles may reveal to the viewer the place where the camera captured the light. "Prater" refers to the many lights shooting past; "Lombardia" shows a section of sky above the green landscape; "Fuschlsee", reflections in the water; "997" is the headlight of a car. In other pictures it is not so obvious, as a "Lying Buddha", showing a detail of a golden statue measuring several metres in length. At any rate, the titles define these illuminated sections.
