Stefan Oláh documented the conversion of the Hanuschhof into the Heidi Horten Collection Museum in downtown Vienna from 2020 to 2022. A building with history: In the second half of the 19th century, Archduke Albrecht, who had today's Albertina built for his graphic arts collection, had his new palace outbuildings constructed along what is now Goethegasse and Hanuschgasse. The courtyard was connected to his residential palace via a bridge, housed offices and staff apartments as well as stables on the ground floor and a one-story riding school in the courtyard. At the beginning of the First World War, this riding school was converted by Archduke Friedrich, the nephew of Archduke Albrecht, into a representative chancery building including a garage - new mobility requirements prevailed.
