Comment

This famous pine (Jeffrey Pine) in the Yosemite National Park has been pictured by generations of photographers. In comparison, the creative power of Adams is particularly notable.
The first picture of the Jeffrey Pine was taken by Carleton Watkins in 1867.
The pine tree died during the drought in 1976 even though a lot of people brought water to the top of the mountain to save the tree. In 2003, the dead pine tree finally fell over.
